second stage: flaps, no download, no votes

@kittman If I just started developing it today, but it's not yet a defining mechanism, I'm testing ways to see which one works best in lowering and raising flaps

well it looks good. I can tell it still needs some tweaks (it looks like it's getting hung up just a bit with the spoiler thingy on top) but the outcome is gonna be nice

@TweedleAerospace Let it float, a lot of work, just get it up and that's it. As a backup, the phone erases my designs.

You know you can make it unlisted
