ISSI has begun construction of its first station module, the ISSI Delta Laboratory. The Delta laboratory will be the first component to be sent up by ISSI in the construction of the ISSI/MDV joint space station. The Delta Laboratory is capable of autonomous function for up to a month. It's equipped with an RCS manuevering system for station keeping, as well as two photovoltaic arrays for power generation.
