Set the boolean variable "bStartIntoMoonOrbitalPlane" to true and choose Kourou Space Center to start heading East (latitude is here the same as Moon orbit inclination). This works for RSS only (Hyperpatch RSS).

Since I am not yet satisfied with this, I will work on an improvement shortly. Unfortunately, I can't see in the current stage how the stages above looks like, that's a problem in Vizzy. Let's see how this continues.
What I will publish next is mod-free variant of the Rocket and some smaller improvements. -
