I would like to know if you could explain the code? Your Program takes the pci vectors of a part of the rocket and of the target and subtracts them and turns them local I guess. Does this give the vector from the rocket to the target? I don’t understand how you get the target angle and what the purpose of the APN is when you return the values to make an input.
