The default MFD program with some minor tweaks to show you how to use it. It was supposed to ship with the game but there was an error that kept it from showing up, so I'm posting it here for now so you can download it.
The program has some parts that can be a bit complex to understand and it's quite large in size, so first read the comments and then try to go step by step.

@DPSAircraft if you open a custom program on the MFD go to load programs and you'll find them there

@DPSAircraft there are a couple mfd programs that come with the game to show you how things work. MFD Stats is the simplest
