Soyuz 7K-LOK-TMA-M is next version of soviet lunar 7K spacecraft, which used same modifications as Soyuz TMA.
Unlike 7K-LOK-TMA, it has solar panels instead of fuel cells, which increases the duration of possible missions.
Also, the propulsion system is now divided into three engines: two OMS and the main one used to go to the Earth, which also increases its reliability.
After entering the orbit of the Moon, there is little fuel left in the third stage, so it can be used to refuel the LVPK or other spacecraft.
As stated in the Russian Wikipedia, this modification of the LOK was considered as a response to the American Constellation program.
