makes whatever its attached to VERY stable on account of the hinges having their stability modifiers jacked way up. For some reason this has craft-wide effects that can be exploited. So i did. Even though at first, I had no idea what made it work, I do now.
Enjoy! XD

    @alligatorlloki I wish I could stay at wasnt accidental lol. The function is by design when they are powered, but the stabilization effect wasnt really initially intended. Lol but thank you nonetheless!!

    @ZeusSpaceAgency so im a dummy, this effect is caused by the rotators having their stability modifiers jacked way up. I just figured it out doing dome more experimentation and I feel like a numbskull now. Lol

    @ZeusSpaceAgency. Thanks!
    If I'm totally honest, I dont know for sure, however I believe it has something to do with all the rotators working in the same direction and with their stability modifiers set high. Please disect it and see what u think. Lol, its was born from my attempts to make a large flexible wing that wont fold under insane stress (I.e. a very large and very heavy plane flying at considerable speeds like 400 to 600 m/s.)
    Currently its set up for passive use, just works as is. However its not hard to set the rotators fold up to 85-90° ish
