This is nasa’s little joe 2 rocket? Used to test for an abort at max Q for the Apollo capule. The rocket ended up falling apart mid air and the abort tower was used. The test both failed(due to the rocket) and succeeded because the launch abort system was proven to work. Task failed successfuly!
