This radio is not handheld.
Works by broadcasting "EMWave" to crafts. Only crafts tuned in to the same frequency will receive the message. Duplicate the radio for n-way radio communication.
On/Off pole: When down, programme will not run, and radio will shut off. Turn off the chip too when time warping, or else you'll drain the batteries.
PTT- Push To Talk: Press it to send a message
A/B: Switches between the current (top) and standby (bottom) frequencies.
Band: Switches current frequency. If on UHF (400-480MHz), switches to VHF (136-174MHz), and vice versa. Essentially, the radio can store 2 UHF and 2 VHF channels (4 channels in total).
Step: Changes by how much the frequency changes with Up/Down buttons. Default is 0.025MHz
#- Manual Input: Press to manually input a frequency. This has no clamp.
Receiver Light: Lights up when message being received on current frequency.
Screen: Lights up when message being transmitted.

I've not tested it attached to other creations, but I don't see why it wouldn't work. Also make sure the part names are unique
