Intended to be used along side the Space Shuttle, Lockheed Martin Space Systems' Titan IV was the last of the Titan rocket family. Originally, the Titan IV was only supposed have 10 launches, but after the loss of the Challenger Orbiter, more expendable launch vehicles were needed and the program was expanded. It was retired in 2005 due to its high operation cost, with it's last launch being on October 19th of that year. In total, the Titan IV flew 39 times, and with 35 of those being successful, it had an ~89% success rate.
This massive 4-stage rocket consists of 2 SMRU SRBs (Stage 0), a center core with 2 LR87 engines (Stage 1), an upper stage with 1 LR91 engine (Stage 2), and a Centaur-T upper stage with 2 RL10 engines (Stage 3). This may not be entirely to scale, especially with the Centaur-T being smaller for more payload room, but in general this is fairly accurate. **I'm also realizing the second stage chugs fuel like crazy so I might update this (The real Titan IV is like 3 meters taller so I might just use that on S2)
Notes:
To get access to the fairing, search "Titan Fairing" in the parts list and hide all of the parts with that name.
Thanks to @Klosskopf, since his Atlas 5 (& Curiosity) gave me the idea to make the Titan 4B and his single engine Centaur inspired my Centaur-T

@Grion I honestly don't really remember, I think the liquid-fueled engines are mages and the "SRBs" are the F-1 lookin engines (I know what the name of them are). This was made before custom engines and actual solid motors so I just scaled the in-game engines, I don't think I XML'ed them though.
