Hydrogen tanker from Children of a Dead Earth, a realistic space combat simulator game. It is one of the stock civillian ships in the game.

Given the similarities between CoaDE and SR2 (u can adjust the parameters of parts in both games), I decided to make a copy of the ship in this game to see what would happen. Intrestingly, although the engine is a little less efficient than the original one, the ship has a higher delta-v and a much longer burn time.

The acceleration is quite close to that of the original ship so the craft would be quite unplayable due to the long burn time (Why the hell don't nuclear rockets support warp burn?) but seeing the same ship in two similar games is still quite fun.

note: must be launched from space

Yeah. I estimated the thrust needed to get this thing off the ground to be about 100 meganewtons, so the only kinds of realistic rockets that could do this would be either advanced Saturn V rockets or Nova rockets.

@TopSecret2 Yeah, but this is supposed to be able to supply interplanetary fleets. Also, in space, there's no weight so mass wouldn't be as much a problem as on Earth.

@TopSecret2 it has three huge fuel tanks that carry 2.5kt of hydrogen each

I may not know that game you replicated this from but this is gorgeous! How much fuel can it carry?
