Delta 4 heavy rocket and park Solar Probe

Park Solar Probe "is named after Eugene Parker, the pioneer of solar wind science, honorary professor and astronomer of the University of Chicago. It is the first NASA spacecraft named after a living person. The solar probe (SP) is the first spacecraft to fly into the solar corona, only located at 9 solar radii above the surface of the sun. The instruments of solar detectors detect the plasma, magnetic field and wave, energetic particles and dust they encounter. They also imaged the structure of the corona near the orbit of the solar probe and at the bottom of the corona.
On May 31, 2017, NASA announced at the William Eckhardt research center of the University of Chicago that it would launch the "Park Solar Probe" in the summer of 2018. It will be equipped with a 12 cm thick carbon composite coat, which can withstand the heat and radiation up to 1400 degrees Celsius, and fly at 720000 kilometers per hour closest to the sun.
