It goes anywhere with or without an atmosphere, but tbh, i have not landed in any atmosphere besides droo so yeah.
also, reentry testing is still in progress so keep an eye out for updates.
slider 1 is the airbrake flaps, they pull your nose up and can make it unstable when set to 100%, i usually find the sweet spot at 60%
