Description:

The Grundstiff V represents the pinnacle of Adian landship design, a larger and high-tech anti-infantry breakthrough vehicle that has been in service since 1975. Measuring 22 meters in length, 7.9 meters in width, and 7.8 meters in height, this behemoth weighs 40 metric tons and boasts a maximum speed of 25 km/h. Designed to deliver devastating firepower while supporting and transporting troops behind enemy lines, the Grundstiff V has proven its usefullness through 9 successful missions.

Armament:

15 Caliber Anti-Infantry Guns: Eight of these rapid-firing guns are strategically placed around the ship, four on the sides, two at the front, and two at the rear. Capable of firing off five rounds per second, they ensure suppression of enemy infantry.

Top-Mounted 15 Caliber Guns: Four of these guns are fitted with incendiary shells specifically designed for anti-zeppelin operations.

Bottom-Mounted Flamethrowers: Four flamethrowers clear out enemy trenches as the Grundstiff V drives over them.
75 mm Front Cannon: This cannon fires high-explosive anti-personnel/bunker busting rounds, this is the vehicle's main weapon, used for breaking through entrenched positions.

Design and Engineering:

Armor: The Grundstiff V features reinforced armor with 45 mm thickness on the top, 30 mm on the sides, front, and back, and 20 mm on the bottom. This effecient armor coverage provides protection while maintaining low weight and cost effectiveness.

Crew and Capacity: The vehicle is run by a crew of 20, including nine machine gunners, one main gunner, one loader, two drivers, three watchers, one commander, two mechanics, and one radio operator. Additionally, it can transport up to 35 soldiers for safe movement.

Tracks and Mobility: The Grundstiff V is equipped with two large, 14-meter-long tracks that are 0.75 meters wide. Unlike its predecessors, the Grundstiff I-III, it lacks suspension due to frequent breakages during exercises. The vehicle is powered by two 240-horsepower ethanol engines, delivering high gear ratios, neutral steering, and reverse capability, all of which are rare features among Adian vehicles.

Driving Range: It has a driving range of 150 km assuming constant movement, which is a bit low compared to other Adian vehicles or other Grundstiff's.
