Screaming Reaper V0.4 with external fuel drop tanks and minor fixes

In addition to being mounted on a slightly improved vertical launch stand, this version also has been fitted with external drop tanks to allow for longer flights as well as 2 more engines to help witb the instability of having so much mass below the craft. This in turn also makes it somewhat unstable and unpredictable. the tanks can be dropped using the appropriate ag labeled drop tanks..however its likely to damage the craft for the moment and possibly destroy the vehicle altogether.

(They can be disconnected by removing the side interstages that attach them to the belly of the craft about a quarter of the length of the craft up from the tail.)

slider 1 set to -100 in order to move from vertical to horizontal takeoff position. then activate atage 1 to drop the craft off of its stand and onto the wheels.

Beware: its extremely unstable and tough to fly even with gyros and rcs. It also likes to flip around when flying at low altitudes and high speeds.
