After doing a lot of research, here is an accurate replica of Apollo 11 Mission.
Many details were added thanks to Scott Manley's YouTube video.

Sequence:
1. Flight Program Sequence:
- Ignite Stage to begin countdown and auto launch.
- Wait till end of first stage, unpause and engage next stage.
- Wait till end of second stage, unpause and engage third stage.
- Wait till third stage parks the module at 175km+/- orbit.
- End of Flight Program.
2. After the end of Flight Program, manually execute "Trans-lunar injection."
- Then 1/3 into Trans-lunar injection, undock the "dock-port" on LM to release CSM.
- Rotate CSM 180 degrees and re-dock with LM.
- Activate interstage under LM to ditch third stage rocket.
- Wait till reach moon gravitation field, achieve orbit around 100km.
- Undock CSM and LM.
- Begin LM descent and the rest is history.

@UndercoverEnglish Hi, please try to disable the flight program and manually control the flight sequence. For CSM, please make sure both dock ports are turned on. I haven't touch the game for months since I built this. I will try to improve it soon tho. Thanks for the feedback.

When i turn the CSM 180 then the CSM starts going down and i cant dock with the LM
