This is not realistic reflector telescope which is capable of automatical target following, just set the target and it will follow it (some little mistakes are possible). Main camera is ?102. Just press v key.
I forgot to delete docking port camera modifiers, so mobile players will face problems with selecting the main camera. Here is

Also wobble-dampeners are implemented in SM88, that gives an opportunity to zoom in a bit more.
You can use roll and pitch slider to adjust the telescope manually.
Zoom is adjusted manually with yaw slider.
WARNING: fov close to 0 causes huge memory impact!

@RamenNoodlesXVII here is what i did to remove the camera from docking ports:
1.Opened the "hidden properties" of the docking port
2.Found "camera vantage" modifier
3.Deleted it -

@RamenNoodlesXVII every part has its "hidden properties" which defines what part we see and what is its functionality. You open tinker panel then find a blue button "hidden properties", after that you can see what modifiers the part has (usually "part", "config", "drag" and some others)
