Game physics helo. No vizzy or tinkering. Can do mach 0.9. Flys like a real helo, so use small control movements and dont over control it. With some practice can land on the helo landing pad on the DSC control building.
Start the engine
Slider 2 is the tail rotor rpm, max it out and then the slider can be closed (not neccessary after start)
Slider 1 is collective control (you will be using this in conjunction with roll/pitch or cyclic control constantly)
Tail rotor is yaw control.
Trottle is main engine rpm control (45% for normal flight and landings)
Once you get used to it, its a fun fly. Also works perfect for the drood mountain rescue. To start at the village runway collapse the landing gear before launching so its not over the height limit.
When cruising around the helo is easy to fly. When at slow speeds/hovering it’s critical to have the nav rings up so you can have the green arrow to show the direction the helo is going. Without that green direction arrow it’s very difficult.
