Ulysses was the only the spacecraft to study the poles of the Sun. It was launched by the Space Shuttle on STS-41. It was taken by 2 transfer stages to Jupiter: The Inertial Upper Stage and PAM-S (Payload Assist Module Special). Ulysses needs to flyby to Jupiter to change it's inclination to an out-of-ecliptic orbit. The RTG is from KraZIvan. That was the Inertial Upper Stage's last interplanetary flight in real life. We have a new Inertial Upper Stage so after I upload the Magellan Spacecraft with the Inertial Upper Stage, Save the Inertial Upper Stage as a subassembly then put it on the interstage then modify the interstage by making a difference on the lower radius by adding 0.05 meters to the Interstage.
AG3: Thrusters
AG4: Magnetometer Boom
AG5: Radio Plasma Antennas (There are 3 of them)
AG6: Beacon Light and RTG
AG7: Gyroscope
AG8: Extend Second Stage engine nozzle
Save them as a subassembly. You can save any of the transfer stages, the spaceraft or both.

Updates:
Added 2 fuel tanks that is placed around the spacecraft
Shrinked size by putting fuel tanks on each of the fuel tanks and some are resized
Magnetometer Boom design changed
Radio Plasma Antennas will extend automatically
Reduced amount of pistons from 2 to 1 and increased their ranges
PAM-S design changed
Inertial Upper Stage design changed
Inertial Upper Stage shrunk to real size
Added more RCS by adding them on Inertial Upper Stage flight stage and adding roll thrusters on second stage
Added text some curvature (maybe)
Added separation motors
Added structure on Inertial Upper Stage
PAM-S shrinked
Antenna Design Changed
Added Extendable Nozzle on Inertial Upper Stage second stage
Added esa label on antenna
Thrusters shrinked and moved
Tips on Inertial Upper Stage stage separation:
Separate then Timewarp a little then quickly come back to normal then extend the nozzle and ignite the second stage.

Before being launched with an RTG and before being launched on STS-41 (Space Shuttle Discovery), it was intended to actually be launched with solar panels and the magnetometer boom or any radio plasma antennas should've not launched with Ulysses. It was also intended to launch on STS-61-F (Space Shuttle Challenger) with it's RTG and Magnetometer Boom but due to the Challenger Disaster, it wasn't launched for 4 years and due to the cancellation of the development of the Shuttle-Centaur (where it was intended to be transferred to a direct trajectory to Jupiter), it was transferred to a direct encounter and flyby to Jupiter by the weak Inertial Upper Stage. It did have enough Delta-V together to go to Venus, it didn't have enough Delta-V together to go on a direct transfer to Jupiter so they added the PAM-S to assist after Inertial Upper Stage separation to go on a direct transfer to Jupiter. On previous interstellar missions of the Inertial Upper Stage in real life, The Inertial Upper Stage was alone with it's payload. The spacecraft was originally named Odysseus but ESA requested the name Ulysses because it's the Latin translation of Odysseus.

@Rizkyman Thanks and you should use this craft to be the second to feature them all in SimpleRockets 2 in YouTube. You should download Space Shuttle from duoquan first.
