Shenzhou I spacecraft is the first unmanned experimental spacecraft launched in China's manned space program. The spacecraft lifted off from the Jiuquan Space Launch Site at 6:30 am on November 20, 1999, on a Long March 2F rocket. Ten minutes after launch, the spacecraft separated from the rocket and accurately entered its intended orbit.
