To save the Inertial Upper Stage as a subassembly, take the interstage with the Inertial Upper Stage away from the TDRS satellite directly to the create subassembly on the top-left of the screen or computer then type Inertial Upper Stage for the name and press Okay. To save the TDRS satellite as a subassembly, remove the Inertial Upper Stage by it's interstage. Then zoom in through the satellite and move the command chip to the create subassembly area. Type TDRS satellite as the name of the subassembly then press Okay.
To save both as a subassembly, zoom in through the satellite and move it to the create subassembly area and type Inertial Upper Stage with TDRS satellite as the name then press Okay. It has 6 cameras: Staging Cameras 1, 2, 3, 4, Earth-Observing Cameras 1 and 2.

Adjust the hinge rotator's (shaft attached to strut) attachment from the gyroscope to the fuel tank with battery. Do the same with the other side.
