Residents of the Juno Village demanding a type of aircraft that they could use privately for traversing through the mountain range. Owning a PW-27 Mudfish is not a good idea since their wallet are not that big. A resident from that village had a concept of a cheap and small aircraft, I mean small is a pocket sized one. The plane itself looks too cramped, though it still tolerable. The size of the plane itself has some benefits:

•The size is compensated by the aircraft maximum take off weight is below 900 kg and can easily land on snowy runway or field
•The price tag is at $49,000 for a brand new aircraft
•The plane could take off and landing at 150 m runway
•The plane can be stored in your typical backyard
•Easy to fly and has an excellent view for the pilot

The citizens are interested and they ordered 15 aircrafts for initial production.
