I tweaked the engines on the first stage to give them ~9k dV. Did you plan on having the first stage be the one to circularize the orbit around earth?

I was able to land on the moon, but wasn’t able to get the base to extend the the sides or arms, Am I doing something incorrect? Only the landing legs and solar panels extend

Nice design. Could be better. Over all performance, is short of a fail safe mission. Transport has too much fuel, where the base tank needs 50% more to land at a LZ zone that is planned. Otherwise, your just going land where you land, with a drop left on contact. The base unpacking is horrible, and most likely to brake on any given slant on surface.
Like I said, nice design, engineering not so much.
But I will still upvote, with hopes of better future planning. Good luck, and Godspeed.
