Auto Credit Based on Pedro's Configurable min throttle in just 1 part
This is my last approach to the throttle limitations (and imo the best one).
It uses an AG to indicate if the throttle is 0 or not and sends that information to the engine throttle input instead of the part, so the engine activation is independent.
In this craft I'm using AG11 (you can have that AG using the cabin or the chip I've added with the craft, just save it as a subassembly) but you can assign another AG if you don't want to use a modified chip or cabin.
Limitations: The activators have to use on change and not continuous in order to prevent staged engines from clogging the signal and breaking the craft, so don't toggle manually that AG. In case you toggle it manually just change the throttle to update the state.
