The sr series has been a electric aircraft series inspired by ww2 fighter aircraft.
Top speed: Mach 0.83 (down from the sr-3)
Maximum operating altitude: something like 65,000 feet
Maximum takeoff load: 10 tons (slightly sketchy)
The improvements include:
A improved more aerodynamic fuselage
A lighter prop with better throttle response
A Twin diesel generator hybrid system
Accurate lighting systems
A lower stall speed, about 45 m/s (100mph)
A hud (definitely not stolen from someone else’s build)
And finally the air braking system
Tips on flying:
Fly it from the cockpit, you need to be able to see the G meter, it can pull like 40 Gs if you don't pay attention.
