To fly for 3225mi

To be able to fly above an altitude of 13,00m , to allow for reconnaissance from a safe height

Reach a speed of 500m/S at 30,00m

To allow the pilot an easy ejection, hence the engines on the side. Originally one was mounted on the tail fin but was removed for safety issues

To have minimal instruments to allow easy flight with no training.
