...launched on May 4th, 1989 and was the first of three interplanetary missions NASA would conduct using their fleet of Space Shuttles, with Space Shuttle Atlantis carrying the Venus Orbiter dubbed "Magellan".
Click here to watch the full cinematic!Magellan's primary objectives were to map the surface of Venus by using synthetic-aperture radar and to measure its planetary gravitational field. After having inserted itself into Venus orbit, it became the first spacecraft to use aerobraking as a way to circularize its orbit. On October 13th, 1994, Magellan performed its deorbit maneuver and burned up upon entry into Venus' atmosphere.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR DEPLOYING PAYLOAD
1. Switch to Magellan's command chip, activate AG9, and set slider 1 all the way UP.
2. Activate and deactivate AG10 to release the payload.
3. Reactivate AG10 to translate forward using RCS.
4. Plan a burn to place the spacecraft on a transfer orbit to your interplanetary neighbor.

Cool and all. I wanna ask something though @LockSource, mind if I use the tail from this craft to revamp the STS Fleet along with using your STS-9 Spacelab Shuttle as the base craft for the Seraku/LonelySpaceGuy Shuttle rework? Since this one has the fixed issues of the split airbrake on the vertical stabilizer.
And could I also use your launchpad as well for the ones I'll optionally add the launchpad for em.
I'll give credit where credits due.
