Project Leo is a serious of moon exploration program. LEO III is the third stage of this program. After a soft landing and sample bring-back, LEO III is armed to send a more powerful rover.

This a moon rover, much bigger and detailed than the previous one on LEO II.
The new rocket is still in progress.
