@SpaceChimp1 I am so sorry for the late reply I have been finishing up my schooling for the year and lots of work.
anyway yeah I would love to take a look also the steam engine you built is awesome even though it explodes I built a couple in simplanes and they were iffy at best.
I should be getting on alot more as school is over. -

say, I had built a working chain with a pretty solid construction- it's only lacking ~ your percision hand in making the teeth on the gear for them?. eh?

Too bad there is not a tooI that could take a straight piece and give it curves but like a circle. from the Surface view not the ends,

I'm thinking if I wasn't So Slow with the tools here (I have to read everything twice) and hopefully it makes Since. Alot of the terminology is unkown to me however I'm a little familiar with avionics and made alot of Balsa wood models as a kid. Mostly is the fine tuning that you have to do to henges, rotators, engine's ect. plus the Connections are almost a constant Pain when dealing with more than 500 parts

I relate on spiritual level but that was when I used simpleplanes and let me tell you its so much harder in that game then this one but this is my first gear system ever and my end goal is to build a rock crawler powered by a motor like this.
If you start to get bored building your project try something mechanical but also interesting and easy like a piston powered ornithopter those are fun.
another thing you can do is get rid of angle snap or lower it to what you need It makes it so much easier.another thing is you can put it in the center and mirror the half with teeth it might cause some issues but it might help after you make it a sub assembly

I haven't quite got down the whole mirroring tool or I'd have the perfect sphere out. I can make it really round and each slice being only a nano meter thick. It just takes forever to attach all 700+ parts individually. Haha

I know how long it takes me to place each part without the mirroring tool. Its painful. Then I see your work and makes mine ,.... more painful. Nice job.

hey now, good to see ya. No worries on reply, I'm still learning alot here inbetween free time and work myself. Ill upload the chain for ya and some gears along with it. They are crude at best.
