The PR-01 is a 17 seated SSTO capable of reaching the orbit of the stock planet Taurus. This craft utilizes a propellor engine and a pair of methalox powered aerospike engines to get into orbit. Once in orbit, this spacecraft can recharge with it’s solar panels and dock with it’s docking port.
Ascend profile:
- Climb at an angle of 17 degrees.
- Gradually lower your angle to maintain your speed close to 100m/s.
- At 30km, activate rocket engines.
- Point nose at 25 degrees.
- Turn off rockets once apoapsis reaches 75km.
- Activate rockets again mear apoapsis to circularize.
