Ehm... there are a few thing wrong with this ekranoplan:
1. Ekranoplans don't have landing gear
2. The Caspian sea monster was longer but more slim, and its horizontal stabilizers were oriented to 20° up, not 45°
3. The Caspian sea monster had a maximum speed of 700 km/h. This one however flies at 700 m/s which is basically mach 2.5
4. The dimensions of this thing are not accurate
5. The Caspian sea monster had 2 rear engines, not 4
