Long March 8 launch vehicle (English: Long March 8, abbreviation: LM-8 or CZ-8) is a medium-sized carrier rocket with non-toxic and pollution-free propellants. It is developed by the China Institute of launch vehicle Technology and is mainly aimed at internationally competitive commercial satellite launch missions. The core stage is based on the long March 7 carrier rocket and the long March 3 A series. The first stage of the rocket adopts two YF-100 liquid oxygen kerosene engines, and the second stage of the rocket adopts YF-75 liquid hydrogen liquid oxygen engine (two machines).
