the KX-4 is a partially reusable launch vehicle that can reach orbit, this rocket comes equiped with heavy duty landing legs... or at least thats what the enginers said. the KX-4 also has deployable stearing fins which produce yaw/pitch rotation. There are also roll fins, which are deployable as well. along with these controls, the rocket has engine gimble, rcs and air brakes for landing.
