@ontss It's an animation that I made using Hitfilm express which is free editing software. The smoke effect is something that you can kind of put over or behind everything as a layer. There are certain premade effects that you can download and then use as an aspect of the whole animation. There's probably an easier and premade way to do these but this is how I edit my videos and images.
