this rocket has a satellite that can go to the lunar orbit, the 2 stages are reusable: the 1 uses parachutes basically a splashdown. so that the splashdown is carried out and only 5 percent fuel from the 1 stage is needed. 2nd stage and reusable only if the load stops in high lunar orbit (also performs the splashdown).
