Variations can be made, give me the code and i do them.
LT4C means:
L- Long fairing (EL- Extra Long, >Long, M- Medium, S- Small, N- None.)
T- Thin Second stage (>Thin, F- Full)
4- Quantity of boosters (N- None, 2, >4, 6.)
C- Crewed (A- Autonomous, >Crewed, B- Brosdcaster (Telescope/satelite))
It can get to orbit pretty easily, without even using the second stage.
The two small boosters CANT be detached, they are just an impulse for liftoff and dont weight too much.
Dont worry about using too much fuel, the engine is the most efficient and boosters are liquid fueled.

@DeboStreams Did you count how many engines this has? The main engine is giant -and efficient- and there are the boosters.

@DeboStreams I used Tinkering only for parts that were details, so technically if you remove them, the rocket will still work. Nothing more is tinkered, besides the boosters. I just did that so they can land with parachutes, but it works well with them at 100% mass scale.

It can get to Luna orbit with the second stage, and on Drooian orbit only detaching the boosters.
Also, Boosters are recoverable. They land with parachutes on sea.
