@ZWAC nope. It can easily reach 470×470KM orbit, then make a few maneuvers, dock, and then deorbit

@ZWAC plus, that Delta-V calculation includes the weight of the pad

@ZWAC but not impossible - I did it easily.

2.1km/s DV, hard for orbit.
