Auto Credit Based on Hermes01000100's Hybrid Arcjet
Project Europa was undertaken by Keystone Corporation to be its ultimate symbol of military might. It was designed to be the center of large fleets, with the ability to make any force it was part of nigh unstoppable with over a thousand Kinetic Kill Vehicles (KKV), 100 advanced long range missiles, powerful lasers and a strong point defense system. After only a year of development, two were constructed before Keystone Corporation cancelled the project due to its immense cost.
This ship is, unfortunately, not finished. I cannot bring myself or my computer to suffer through the pain of adding RCS.

When we are talking about a civilization that can construct two of these in a year it's funny to imagine that they still have such understanding as "costs". Humans by then should probably realize that currency exchange will never unite us.
