falcon 9 works mainly on RSS, if you want to use the falcon 9 just make sure to bring the throttle down on the 9 merlin engines. also if being used on RSS, infinite fuel is required for the falcon 9 due to issues getting the fuel right.
i will probably upload an updated version shortly as this is mainly unfinished. but still functional

@DrybonesSpaceOA3 things with rockets just seem to go wrong days before a planned launch, like how the upperstage failure delayed polaris dawn in the first place
