Auto Credit Based on InnovXSystems's K-7
The Vanguard Aurora is an updated variant of the experimental K-7 rocket made by Xenon Aerospace before they joined Inovare.
The Vanguard Aurora uses a solid motor on the first stage and a kerolox electric pump-fed engine on the upper stage, and is a heavy-lift launch vehicle capable of taking 30 tonnes to a 200x200km orbit (if you use RCS for the last part of the burn).

The K-7U can now re-use it's first stage
If you get one of the parachutes from my Blossom Capsules and scale it up to 75%, add a command chip and battery pack to the 1st stage, and then 4 parachutes (all inside the interstage) it can softly land the first stage in the ocean.
if you have a light payload you may need heat shielding on the inlets at the bottom of the first stage but it shouldn't affect the payload capacity too much because you can use RCS to make up for it
