Hi
I tried the to set the Autopilot to P-20 // D-0 // D-1 and the Wobbling are gone.
If it still wobbling try to decrease the P Part of the Reglution or set the D Part to 0.You also can try to chang the center of weight.
I think it will be better to change the Center of the weight because when you unlock the Heading the Craft always go down with the nose and the Autopilot always ageinst this.

I will be glad if someone can help me set up the cockpit (transparent, at the hatch) autopilot. The ship goes up and down to an altitude of 30 kilometers. But everything is fine in space.
