This is a parachute test vehicle for my upcoming Infinity launch vehicle (hopefully my main series of rockets)
just launch it like a normal rocket, just do everything at a slightly lower altitude. Point retrograde when fuel runs out, then detatch the nosecone, then activate the parachute between 1500m and 3000m
