It might look like a blended wing, but it’s actually a thinly designed fuel tank. First, I created part of the central fuselage and used the translate part tool to position the thinned fuselage.
As for the cockpit overlap, I resolved it by pushing the rear cockpit as far back as possible, but there’s still a bit of overlap.
