The hawk is a general purpose 100% reuseable rocket with a compacity of 30 tons. The botton stage takes the rocket into orbit then, the second stage can extend the orbit, go to the moon, and land itself. Both of the stages are fully capable of landing and contain small parachutes that orient the craft but you will have to use the engines to slow to a safe speed.
