so i came with A350 with full simetry lift wing for maintain Aircraft Pitch & Heading
my advice it's
turn on Extra Speed (AG 7) after you reached 3000m/ASL, then slide down trim (slider 1) about -25% after you reach 11000/ASL with speed more than 990 m/s.
Slider 1= trim
Slider 2= flap
Slider 3 & 4= control Camera on business Cabin
