Slider 2 to move Crawler, Slider 1 to turn it. This Crawler can speed up to more than 50km/h but would never flip, thanks to low CoM and sturdy shock absorbers! Max turn angle is 10' so every 1% of Slier 1 would give you 0.1' of turn.
Full throttle, then stage 1 to connect Crew and Umbilical Arms. Once fuel and crew are on board, stage 2 to retreat Crew Arm and press AG5 twice to close crew hatch. When you're ready, stage 3 to launch your rocket with umbilical arms retreat in full speed!
Crawl your service tower as good old Saturn V did.

Thanks for your upvote, and here's an announcement: If you're okay with xml modding, try this version. It has 7 engines in first stage, not 65. It would be far less laggy.
