Only action group is 9 for solar panels.
When launching, throttle up the core stage engines to 50% throttle, so the Srb's do most of the work on ascent. When you do the pitch to 45 after the 4 Srbs run out, go full throttle to get the most effecient burn of the core stage.

Not going to lie here, this is my very first probe that made it to Solar orbit without having to be propelled by Solid rocket boosters or running out of fuel halfway out of the Droo system. I really did suck. Also due to low part count, I am fairly certain that this craft is mobile friendly. And all of the pictures are taken in the Simple Universe system made by, @Onecubic. (Now it is @Twocubic.)
