Each of the four rings spin at a rate that provide artificial gravity for all its inhabitants (I couldn't make the rings spin without causing any glitches, just use your imagination). This spacecraft has a multitude of docking ports that can accomodate even the large 96 meter long PIA-13. Numerous onboard lights provide lighting for any vessels that desire to dock on this ship. This is one vessel you will want to board on a voyage between planets or between nearby stars.
