Angara Concept 1 — one of the first Angara concepts right from 90’s
Especially this concept featuring a very interesting (and weird) feature — additional fuel tanks on the both sides of first and second stage.
Also this concept features RD-191V (Vac) on the second stage, this engine was never been built.

Definitely cool but it just spins everytime you launch :l (EVEN WITHOUT PAYLOAD) but still pretty good!
