This is the second part of the Cacus Program (pls check out the first aswell)
It consists of a Luna Lander with a drill.
The lander's name is The Subterra Explorer
The launch vehicle is known as the Apoxin 1.2.
The payload has a total cost of $406k and the Apoxin 1.2 (with the payload) is $18.3m.
The drill has the sole purpose of [digging a hole] (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ytWz0qVvBZ0) in the last mission's impactor's crater.
The orbiter is still there to track the location of the impactor until it’s last moments so we know where to land this lander.

The Apoxin 1.2 has a reusable 2nd and 3rd stage. Stages 1and 4 are all expendable.
